For one of our clients – a leading software development company and award-winning game provider in the casino industry, creating immersive and innovative gaming experiences as part of an international tech group, we are on a lookout for confident and energetic people for the role – TEAM MANAGER with English or Russian or Turkish.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coach and support Game Presenters to help them grow and succeed;
• Manage daily team operations, including attendance and employee matters;
• Promote teamwork through clear communication and regular meetings;
• Identify training needs and collaborate with the Training Department;
• Drive team performance and help achieve operational goals;
• Ensure all activities meet company standards and values.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team-lead role;
• Management education is a plus;
• Experience in iGaming or Live Casino is an advantage;
• Professional English, Russian or Turkish language skills;
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict-management skills;
• Able to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment with good time management and PC skills (Office 365).
