WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Lead, coach, and coordinate daily team operations
You organize efficiently: Plan schedules, shifts, and rotations, ensuring smooth execution
Run pre-shift briefings and support team performance on the floor
You track success: Monitor KPIs, evaluate performance, and manage bonus data
Drive improvements through retraining and team meetings
You stay involved: Support daily operations and step in when needed
Set clear team goals and translate them into individual targets
Check equipment and game tables, providing operational feedback
You innovate: Contribute to internal tools and process improvements
Prepare reports and support management with insights

WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT:

1+ year of experience in people management
You lead with impact: Strong leadership skills with a KPI-driven mindset
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Able to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment

You’re tech-comfortable: MS Office required; Jira/Confluence is a plus
Fluent English (B2/C1); additional languages are a plus

You know the industry: Experience in the iGaming industry is a plus
