Position: Technical Assistant - AutoCAD / SAP

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Assistant with a strong interest in technical drawings in AutoCAD. In this role, you will support our sales, project management, and engineering teams by preparing layouts, technical drawings, and documentation for warehouse storage solutions. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy combining technical knowledge, precision, and problem-solving while working in a dynamic international environment.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a technical assistant, with primary focus on preparation of technical drawings, warehouse layouts, and project documentation using AutoCAD. The Technical assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to project managers, sales team and assembling teams, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical drawings and solutions of shelving systems, assisting in the sales process, providing sketches, evaluating the performance of existing systems, and proposing improvements. The Technical assistant will work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD software and ability to create and modify technical drawings and layouts
• Strong analytical skills, technical support, and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• SAP knowledge or other ERP systems will be considered as advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Understanding of inventory management and warehouse operations
• Experience in engineering or related field
• High school degree in mechanic, logistics, technical or related field
• English language is mandatory, German and/or French language is considered as advantage
