What We’re Looking For

JAGGAER is looking for an Associate Technical Consultant (Spanish-speaking) to support client implementation and integration projects. In this role, you will contribute to integration activities, testing, troubleshooting, documentation and client workshops while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Principal Responsibilities

• Support implementation and integration activities for client projects.
• Assist in translating business requirements into technical and functional solution needs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation with guidance from senior team members.
• Build and support integration components within Statement of Work specifications.
• Participate in technical workshops, client meetings and implementation activities.
• Track project activities and support timelines, reporting and project controls.
• Support successful client transition from Implementation to Support.
• Communicate project updates and technical information internally and externally.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and support project delivery.
• Support testing, troubleshooting and validation of integrations and workflows.
• Assist with multiple client projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in software implementations, technical consulting or SaaS environments.
• Experience with eProcurement, Supply Chain, Contract Lifecycle Management or ERP systems is preferred.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of HTTPS communications, SQL, XML, APIs and database concepts.
• Exposure to systems integration and SaaS software implementations is preferred.
• Exposure to working with AI tools.
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong willingness to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Professional communication skills and client-facing attitude.
• Familiarity with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio and other productivity tools.
• Strong written and verbal English and Spanish language skills are essential.
• Travel flexibility approximately 10–20%.
