Muehlbauer Serbia Group is seeking for motivated Technical leader for the Machine Tooling Department to join our team!

Job Description:

• Goal-oriented management, supervision and organisation of the department
• Professional and disciplinary management of staff
• Planning, managing and monitoring production orders, taking into account feasibility, quality and delivery dates
• Responsibility for capacity planning and ensuring a smooth production process
• Actively shaping, analysing and continuously optimising production processes
• Monitoring and controlling production progress and initiating appropriate measures in the event of deviations
• Ensuring compliance with quality requirements
• Cross-departmental communication and regular reporting to senior management

Requirements: 

• Bachelor or Master's degree (Mechanical engineering or a similar field)
• Professional experience in a similar role within manufacturing is desirable
• Initial experience in managing staff is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and, ideally, SAP
• Strong communication skills and a confident manner
• Ability to work under pressure, combined with a structured, precise and efficient approach to work
• Willingness to undertake a 3-month training programme at our main site in Roding (Germany)
