Join Our Technical Maintenance Team in Belgrade

We are looking for a hands-on, independent Technical Maintenance Specialist with practical experience in retail store maintenance. You will take ownership of the technical condition, reliability and safety of our stores across Montenegro and Serbia, making sure every location is safe, fully functional and ready for our customers.

What will you do?

Store Maintenance & Warranties

• Coordinate preventive inspections carried out by our outsourcing partners: electrical and low-voltage installations, ceilings, fire protection systems, roller shutters and other building elements.
• Manage warranty periods for equipment and contractors’ work, and resolve faults both within and outside the warranty period.
• Engage service providers for repairs and unfinished works, and follow up until every issue is resolved.

New Store Openings

• Support the Investment Department in preparing new stores for opening.
• Carry out technical inspections and handovers using our technical inspection Protocol, and follow up on any deficiencies with contractors.

Safety & Compliance

• Keep fire protection, fire detection and alarm systems fully functional and compliant, in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
• Handle Loss Prevention Department requests related to technical security systems and equipment.

Suppliers, Budget & Reporting

• Coordinate contractors and negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and service partners.
• Prepare and control the maintenance budget, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Work daily in our Facility Management (FM) platform and report regularly to your line manager and company management.

Who are we looking for?

An independent, solution-focused professional who:

• Has 3+ years of experience in technical maintenance of retail stores.
• Has a relevant technical education. A university degree is not required, as practical experience matters most to us.
• Has practical knowledge of electrical and low-voltage installations, HVAC, fire protection and detection systems, and building elements.
• Has experience negotiating with suppliers and controlling maintenance costs.
• Can work independently across multiple locations in Montenegro and Serbia (experience in Montenegro is a plus).
• Is ready for frequent business travel and holds a valid Category B driving license.
• Has a good command of English and is proficient in MS Office.
• Is well organized, a clear communicator and a confident negotiator.
