Technical Manager for Wind Farm Project

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall technical management and act as the single point of accountability for BOP O&M and asset management.
• Coordinate with the Employer, TSO, WTG O&M Contractor and EPC Contractor.
• Monitor project performance, analyze fault and performance trends, and optimize generation, availability and revenue.
• Prepare operational plans, budgets and performance reports.
• Manage permits, regulatory compliance, warranty claims and insurance claims.
• Oversee environmental and social management, cybersecurity and physical security services.

Job Requirements

• Familiar with wind farm and substation O&M management.
• Experience in managing O&M contracts, warranty and insurance claims, and coordinating with the Employer, TSO and contractors.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• Location: Belgrade and Pančevo, Serbia.

Qualifications

• Passed SITS certification exam for technical management jobs.
• Degree in electrical/energy engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in wind farm or substation management.
