Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Technical Project Manager to support the delivery of multiple projects and client accounts. You will work closely with senior project managers, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manages a large multiple project/client account or multiple projects simultaneously.
• Works in a team of project managers, escalates and prioritizes workflows in order to secure service delivery on time.
• Coordinates resources through all elements of the team.
• Estimates time, risk, and resources of the project request, and guarantees delivery of the project scope on time and within budget.
• Tracks and controls asset delivery from the client or third-party vendor.
• Administers and monitors project cost.
• Holds regular meetings with members of the internal and external team to ensure progress, next steps and possible blockers on the project, and sends feedback to relevant stakeholders.
• Troubleshoots problems with members of the internal and external team and takes part in the maintenance of the current project.
• Analyzes changes to the initial project request and assesses if the change is valid.
• Proactively plans and identifies possible blockers and issues, notifies all parties, and escalates to relevant stakeholders.
• Identifies possible improvements for existing processes and procedures.
• Works closely with his team and manager. Takes care of team cohesion, their efficiency and wellbeing.
• Takes part with Cheil’s central team and/or upper management in defining project scope and goals for project members.
• Demonstrates proper work method and procedures to junior colleagues.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of experience in project coordination or a similar role (preferred).
• Basic understanding of project management principles and tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Experience working with technical or digital projects.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Basic technical understanding (web, software, or digital production processes).
