At PIERRE, we’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist — someone passionate about technology, communication, and customer experience, who will help bring our smart home solutions to life for clients around the world.

Your responsibilities

• Providing technical support to the sales team throughout the offer and sales process
• Analyzing client requirements and proposing optimal smart home solutions
• Preparing technical documentation, system diagrams, and cost estimates
• Participating in product presentations and demos
• Collaborating with the technical team during implementation and testing
• Keeping up with new technologies and trends in automation and IoT

What we’re looking for

• Background in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field
• Technical college graduates (automation, mechatronics, IT, etc.) are also welcome
• 1–3 years of experience in a related role (technical support, system design, smart home, IT/electrical solutions)
• Experience working with clients — this role combines technical expertise and communication
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to translate technical solutions into real-world use
