Technical Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers and internal colleagues
• Enter, process and follow up on customer orders
• Review technical requirements, specifications and documentation related to PCB products
• Prepare, process and follow up on quotations
• Communicate with customers regarding technical requirements, solutions and potential material changes
• Provide technical advice and support in resolving customer inquiries
• Coordinate with colleagues in Serbia and Switzerland regarding operational and technical topics
• Cooperate with international teams and production partners to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requirements
• Support the resolution of technical issues and participate in relevant projects

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant professional experience
• Technical background, with experience in the electronics industry considered an advantage
• Previous experience with PCB products or related technologies would be a strong advantage
• Good understanding of technical documentation and specifications
• Fluent English is mandatory; knowledge of German would be considered an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, structured and responsible approach to work
• Willingness to learn and further develop technical knowledge
