Why we need you:

• Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements
• Produce high-quality collateral & documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience
• Write easy-to-understand user guides, blog posts & other client facing material
• Analyze existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities
• Enhance and maintain the information architecture
• Experience working in a topic-based authoring environment and IT environment
• Significant experience of current commercial standards specifications and technical requirements
• Translate complex technical content into clear and concise articles

Requirements:

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
• Ability to deliver high quality documentation and marketing collateral paying attention to detail
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures
• Excellent written skills in English
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Philology with proven record of working in IT preffered
