TMS Support & QA Specialist

We're a US based software company building a Transportation Management System (TMS) for the trucking industry. Our platform helps carriers, brokers, and dispatchers manage loads, drivers, and operations in one place. The team is small, distributed, and moving fast - and we're looking for people who know trucking from the inside.

The Role

We need someone who understands both trucking operations and software quality. You'll be testing a product built for an industry you know - which means you'll catch things a developer never would. This is a hands-on support and QA role where you'll work directly with the dev team, validate real-world workflows, and be the voice of the end user.

What You'll Do

• Manually test new features - functional, exploratory, and regression testing across the platform
  Provide technical support to users of our TMS - troubleshoot issues, answer product questions, and guide users through the platform
• Write clear test cases, reproduce and document bugs, and verify fixes
  Validate that the software accurately reflects real trucking workflows - dispatching, load management, carrier operations
• Flag edge cases and data flow issues, especially in operationally critical features
• Work directly with developers to make quality part of how we ship

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in the trucking or transportation industry - you know how operations actually work
• Hands-on experience with TMS platforms (Pro Transport or similar)
• Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Background as an early or first QA/support hire on a small team
• Manual software testing - you write clear bug reports and follow test cases
