Total Rewards Analyst

Essential duties:

• Applies foundational knowledge of total rewards to support program execution in areas such as compensation benchmarking, benefits enrollment, or rewards communications.
• Assists in data analysis, audits, and process documentation.
• Partners with HR colleagues to ensure accuracy and consistency, while developing technical and business acumen in the total rewards space.

Compensation administration:

• Support the design and administration of salary structures and pay policies.
• Assist with annual salary review and bonus processes.

Benefits and wellness programs:

• Oversee the administration of insured benefits like health insurance and retirement plans.
• Work with vendors and partners on benefits programs.

Compliance and analysis:

• Ensure programs comply with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations.
• Audit compensation data to identify and resolve pay disparities.

Project management and communication:

• Support the rollout of new reward projects and programs.
• Communicate and provide advice to internal stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners.
• Serve as a first point of contact for Tier 2 inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.
• Assist in developing training materials related to total rewards. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business-related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant HR, compensation, or benefits (and pension) experience in EMEA
• Strong data analytical skills and Excel proficiency (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
• Hands‑on experience with Workday, including navigating HR modules, managing data, and supporting compensation and benefits processes (preferable)
• Solid grasp of HR principles, legal regulations, and compliance frameworks
• Awareness of benefits and pension legislation and policy impacts
• Strong verbal and written communication in English
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and drive process improvements through critical thinking, analytical skills, clear communication, cross‑functional collaboration, attention to detail, adaptability, and the capacity to influence change
