About the Internship

Are you curious about how things get made, how production works, and what it takes to keep operations running smoothly? Join our Team as an intern and get hands-on experience in the real world of manufacturing! This internship is available within our Maintenance and Energy department giving you the opportunity to explore different aspects of production and operations. This program is designed to help you learn, grow and discover your career path.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Be part of the daily activities and see how production works.
• Assist with day-to-day tasks in your assigned department.
• Support ongoing projects and contribute fresh ideas.
• Support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency 
• Support the team in making sure everything runs on time and safely.
• Conduct research, prepare reports, or analyze data as needed (don’t worry, we’ll show you how!).
• Learn about problem-solving on the production floor.
• Get involved in projects to make processes faster, smarter, and more efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing, 5S, and other production-related methodologie.

What We’re Looking For

• Students of Master studies (or recent graduate) from Faculty of Technical Science (Mechatronic, Energy)
• Curious, motivated, and eager to learn.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Advanced computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint are great to have).
• Fluency in English
• No prior experience needed – just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to learn!
