Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Track and Trace Manager to lead our Track and Trace team, oversee daily operations, and ensure efficient shipment monitoring and timely communication across departments.

• Oversee the overall operations of the Track and Trace department, ensuring team efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Organize team activities, including shift planning and weekly and monthly schedules, in line with operational requirements.
• Plan and implement short-term and long-term departmental activities, including monthly work plans and task assignments.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and implement new ideas and organizational solutions to increase efficiency.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare weekly and monthly operational reports.
• Monitor the speed, quality, and accuracy of task execution, continuously improving workflows and operational processes.
• Evaluate individual employee performance and work quality through regular assessments and performance reporting.
• Make decisions regarding compensation, rewards, and corrective measures in accordance with company policies.
• Organize and delegate additional tasks based on business needs and team workload.
• Actively participate in recruitment, including the final selection of candidates for the department.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes related to transportation monitoring and operational control.

Qualifications & Skills

• At least 2 years of experience in Track and Trace within the U.S. trucking industry;
• Previous experience in leading and managing a team is required, including coordinating daily activities and overseeing team performance;
• Knowledge of transportation tracking platforms and operational monitoring systems;
• Excellent command of English, both spoken and written;
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications;
• Ability to work effectively in a team, make independent decisions, and resolve operational issues;
• Strong analytical skills and experience monitoring and analyzing KPIs;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location & Working Hours

Location: Niš office. This is a fully on-site role. We value face-to-face collaboration and believe the best results come from working together in the same environment.

Monday-Friday: 14:00 - 22:00
