Track and Trace Representative (USA Logistics)

We are hiring a Track and Trace Representative to monitor US freight shipments and coordinate between drivers, dispatchers, and brokers across day and night shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Track active US freight shipments in real-time and confirm ETAs.
• Conduct check calls with drivers and maintain accurate tracking logs.
• Proactively update brokers, dispatchers, and clients on shipment status.
• Handle overnight transit delays and resolve load issues swiftly.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in US logistics, tracking, or dispatch.
• English proficiency (at least B2 level). 
• Availability for rotating shifts: 1st Shift (06:00–14:00) and Night Shift (22:00–06:00).
• Strong communication, computer, and multitasking skills.
