Wise Wheeler is looking for a responsible and motivated Track and Trace Representative to join our team in Pančevo (On-Site Position)

Job description:

  • Fleet Monitoring: Utilize advanced industry software like Motive and ELD (Electronic Logging Device) systems to track truck locations, monitor driving hours, and supervise real-time progress.
  • Driver Support: Act as the primary point of contact for drivers during your shift. Conduct routine check-ins, verify pickup/delivery statuses, and help resolve on-the-road delays to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Broker Relations: Manage external communications by writing professional, timely emails to freight brokers, providing accurate ETAs, and answering transit inquiries.
  • Data Management: Maintain flawless internal records by logging status updates, arrival/departure times, and shipment details directly into Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • English proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written)
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with essential office tools (Email, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • No previous experience required – training will be provided
