Job Title: Track and Trace Specialist

Job Description

We are looking for a track and trace professional monitors, records, and manages the real-time movement of freight and shipments across a supply chain to ensure timely deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Monitoring: Watch active loads via digital dashboards and transportation management software (TMS) to spot delayed or at-risk freight early.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: Call drivers, carriers, and warehouse staff directly to troubleshoot route obstacles, traffic delays, or mechanical issues
•  Document every check-call, exception, delay, and resolution accurately within internal databases.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of English language is MANDATORY.  
• Proficient in computer skills and basic IT tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to solve problems in a dynamic environment.
