We are looking for Track and Trace Specialist.
Candidate profile - Track and Trace Specialist:
- Experience in the US transportation industry (preferred, but not essential)
- Ability to multitask
- Organized, communicative and detail oriented
- Proactive communication with customer service, drivers and brokers
- Accuracy and precision with data entry
- Knowledge of working with ELD
- Advanced knowledge of English (speech and writing)
- Knowledge of Spanish or French (optional, but preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to participate in teamwork, commitment and determination in doing the job
- Communicate regularly with other team members within organization in order to improve business
