Track & Trace Officer

*Bard Transportation, Inc. is seeking experienced Track & Trace Officers to join our team.

*Requirements and Qualifications*

    • Availability to work onsite in a rotating three-shift schedule 
    • Fluent English, both written and spoken 
    • Strong time management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills 
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

*Key Responsibilities*

    • Monitor and track active shipments to ensure on-time pickup and delivery 
    • Maintain regular communication with drivers, brokers, customers, and vendors regarding shipment status and operational updates 
    • Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve load-related issues, delays, and service disruptions 
    • Collect, verify, and process required shipment documentation and paperwork 
    • Provide timely and accurate updates to internal departments to ensure smooth operational coordination 
    • Maintain detailed records and update transportation management systems as required 
    • Support day-to-day transportation operations by ensuring effective communication between all parties involved in the freight movement process

Previous experience in a Track & Trace, logistics coordination, or transportation operations role is preferred. Candidates with prior industry experience will be given preference during the selection process; however, qualified applicants without direct experience are encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
