Key responsibilities:

• Monitor and update shipment statuses
• Provide timely updates to brokers and internal teams
• Investigate and resolve shipment discrepancies, paperwork and other issues
• Handle accident reporting and other afterhours emergency calls
• Arrange flights and hotel accommodations for drivers as needed
• Process payments, parking fees, and scale tickets
• Ensure high-quality customer service and effective communication
