Tracking Assistant in Drayage Department

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tracking Assistant to join our Drayage Team.

In this role, you will monitor shipments, communicate with drivers and carriers, and help ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and track drayage carriers, containers, and shipment progress to ensure timely updates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment information in internal systems.
• Communicate regularly with drivers, carriers, and internal teams via phone and email.
• Navigate and utilize multiple websites, tracking portals, and online platforms to gather and verify shipment information.
• Follow up on shipment statuses, identify potential delays, and promptly communicate important updates.
• Manage multiple emails, requests, and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to support smooth daily operations.
• Perform additional tasks and assignments as directed by the manager.

• Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to work efficiently across multiple websites, portals, and email platforms.
