Traffic Engineer (Site & Office Operations)

We are looking for a dynamic, solution-oriented Traffic Engineer with strong technical knowledge to take an active role in both field applications and office operations within our company.

Qualifications:

• A licensed Traffic Engineer
• Minimum 2 years of experience in traffic engineering, road safety, signaling systems, transportation projects, or field applications
• Proven experience in both office-based project management and active field operations
• Good command of English (a second foreign language is considered an advantage)
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and preferably traffic modeling/road design software
• Ability to prepare technical specifications, reports, and project documentation
• Experience in construction site and field team coordination
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Holder of a Class B driver’s license with active driving ability
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment
• Strong communication and team management skills

Job Description:

• Planning and monitoring traffic regulation, road safety, and field implementation projects
• Supervising traffic signage, direction, and safety applications on-site
• Coordinating with field teams, subcontractors, and relevant authorities
• Ensuring project processes comply with technical specifications and occupational safety regulations
• Preparing project drawings, technical reports, and progress documentation in the office

Work area:

• The rehabilitation and heavy maintenance of the state road Kosjerić–Valjevo
• Conducting traffic flow analyses and improvement studies
• Participating in technical meetings with clients and public institutions when required
• Monitoring quality, cost, and time management throughout project processes
