Translation Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for detail-oriented language professionals to join our team as Translation Quality Assurance Specialists. This is a remote position supporting translation/localization quality assurance for Life Sciences content on behalf of international clients.

No prior experience in quality assurance is required. We provide paid training and full support during onboarding. What matters most is your linguistic background, attention to detail, and ability to follow structured processes consistently.

This position is part of a new project currently in its initial phase, with the goal of building a long-term collaboration for the right candidates.

What You'll Be Doing

• Reviewing translated content for quality, consistency, and adherence to client guidelines
• Working across a large number of language pairs, including languages you may not speak, following a clearly defined evaluation process
• Supporting other localization tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Philology or equivalent
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken, this is the primary working language
• Experience working in a professional or corporate environment is welcome, but not required
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with structured, process-driven work
• Experience with CAT tools is a plus, but not required
• Prior quality assurance experience is not required
• Reliable computer and internet connection (remote work requirement)
