Translator (Chinese-Serbian)

We are looking for a communicative and responsible Chinese–Serbian Translator to join our team and support daily communication between our Chinese and Serbian colleagues.

In this role, you will provide both written translation and interpretation across different departments, with a strong focus on supporting communication within the production environment. You will work closely with employees and managers and help ensure clear and effective communication in daily operations.

As you become familiar with our organization and processes, there will also be an opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and gradually expand your role based on your skills, interests, and business needs.

What You’ll Do

• Provide interpretation between Chinese and Serbian during daily work, meetings, interviews, trainings, and other business activities.
• Support daily communication between Chinese and Serbian colleagues, particularly within the production environment.
• Translate documents, procedures, reports, presentations, and other materials from different departments.
• Support managers and employees in communicating work-related information, instructions, and operational matters.
• Assist with presentations, meetings, company events, and other internal activities when required.
• Provide administrative and coordination support related to daily business operations.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you gain experience and become familiar with the company’s operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in Chinese and Serbian, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English.
• College degree or above.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable speaking and presenting in front of larger groups of people.
• Good teamwork and cooperation skills.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and spending a significant part of the working day in the production area.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Openness to learning about different business processes and gradually taking on broader responsibilities.
