Translator - Japanese/English/Serbian

Responsibilities for ensuring clear and precise communication between local and foreign employees, colleagues, experts, partners, or suppliers, especially during knowledge transfer, sharing of experience and technology, and during the installation of machines and equipment from abroad, to ensure that technical instructions, procedures, and communication flow smoothly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Translating technical documentation, work instructions, and other production materials from foreign languages to the local language and vice versa.
• On-site presence and translation during the installation of machines and equipment, providing support to the engineering and technical team.
• Translating verbal communication between foreign experts and local employees during training and technology transfer.
• Participating in business meetings and negotiations with foreign partners, translating business and technical discussions.
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy and expertise in translating technical terms and specific industrial terminology.
• Responsibility for complying with legal norms and internal standards related to industrial safety, occupational health, fire protection, the environmental protection, and emergency situations.
• Handling confidential information in a manner that requires discretion and professionalism.

Required Qualifications:

• High school or college degree;
• 0-1 year of work experience.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of the Japanese language - both spoken and written;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language - both spoken and written;
• Computer skills (Word, Excel).
