Transport Contract Manager

Location: Novi Sad

Contract type: Permanent, 6 months’ probation period

Here are the qualifications you need for the position:

  • University degree of economy, traffic or logistics
  • 3-5 years of experience in logistics, team management 1-2 years of experience
  • Advanced computer skills in Windows environment (MS Office)
  • Advanced English language
  • Knowledge of SAP applications (preferred)
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodology – TPM, LEAN, WCM
  • Supply Chain understanding, financial and commercial understanding, understanding of planning, order management, warehouse, and transportation

What should be your task?

  • Management of relations with LSPs and their performance
  • Organization of work of transport planners and cooperation with TM HUB services
  • Long-term planning of transportation resources to make the operation cost-effective and meet internal/external customer service requirements.
  • Execution of the transport process
  • Management of logistics costs
  • Tenders for transport
  • LSP management
  • TPM and continuous improvement
  • Management reporting (including variation of transport costs)
  • Collaborate with other OpCo Logistics team members
