Job Description:

Armada Freight is expanding its team in Niš, and we are looking for experienced truck dispatchers with at least 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry. If you already understand dispatch operations and want to grow within a stable and professional logistics company, we want to hear from you.

Your Role:

• Dispatch and support CDL Class A drivers across U.S. lanes
• Book freight and negotiate competitive rates with brokers
• Plan and optimize routes for drivers across the U.S.
• Monitor ELD compliance and DOT regulations
• Troubleshoot operational issues in real time
• Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, brokers, and customers

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the U.S. trucking industry
• Knowledge of the U.S. freight market and lanes
• Experience using DAT and/or Truckstop
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
