What's off your plate

Our tracking / after-hours team handles 100% of check calls, status updates, paperwork, routine communication, and TMS data entry. You're not doing admin work — you're focused entirely on booking the most suitable load for the highest rate.

Region focus

• Primary: Mid-West and Texas Plus
• Minimal/occasional: South-East, West or North-East
• We don't run North-West

How the team works

• Dispatchers work as one team, not as individual silos each fully owning their own slice of trucks
• Trucks and coverage are shared across the team — no single dispatcher is left carrying a divided group alone
• Guided day-to-day by the Operations Manager, with mentoring from senior lead dispatchers as you grow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on dispatch experience in US trucking
• Strong understanding of load boards, rate negotiation, and DAT benchmarks
• Professional, driver-first communication style
• Team-oriented, team-first — this is a team-friendly floor, not a lone-wolf setup
• Fast and decisive under pressure — you can run a full board without dropping a truck
• Fluent English (spoken and written) — fluent Spanish is a big plus, even with zero industry background, we'll train you from scratch

Compensation & bonuses

• Fixed salary: $2,000–$3,000/month
• Performance bonuses tied to KPIs, including:
• RPM vs. DAT national van average for your region
• Low average weight (lbs) per load booked
• Driver relationship and retention quality
• Getting trucks moving on time with minimal deadhead
• Dedicated / project loads pre-booked in advance

Working hours

• 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM, Monday–Friday,
• Saturday and Sunday as needed. 
• Office-based in Novi Sad
