Truck Driver Recruiter (US Market)

We’re looking for an experienced recruiter.
(MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS VERIFIED RECRUITING EXPERIENCE in the US market).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hiring and finding CDL drivers 
• Managing team and doing what’s necessary to make sure the team reaches company targets. 
• Understands the full recruiting hiring cycle (from lead to hire) 
• Daily communication with drivers (phone/email) 
• Organization of weekly team meetings.
• Ongoing implementation with team to ensure results.
