Truck Driver Recruiter - USA Trucking Market

Location: Novi Sad (Office only – no remote)
Experience required: Minimum 1 year in US trucking recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting CDL drivers for US carriers
• Full-cycle recruitment process
• Screening drivers (MVR, PSP, Clearinghouse, work history, etc.)
• Daily communication with drivers via phone, text and email
• Coordinating orientation and onboarding

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US trucking recruitment (MANDATORY)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
