To support our growth, we are currently looking for goal oriented, motivated and experienced candidates for the Truck Driver Recruiter role!
Member of Recruiting Team, on position Truck Driver Recruiter, should have:
- Excellent communication and sale skills
- Experience of min 2 years as Truck Driver Recruiter in USA transportation industry is Mandatory
- Has to be fluent in English language, Spanish language is a plus
- Ability to multitask
- Problem solving skills
Daily Job Responsibilities:
- Sourcing, managing and processing of new driver’s leads and applications
- Contact qualified drivers to offer opened positions
- Providing background documentation check such as MVRs, PSPs
- Maintain contact with the drivers throughout the onboarding process to ensure continuity
- Revising and correcting driver applications
- Follow ups with the existing driver base
- Keeping up with weekly/monthly goals
- Communication between different divisions of the company in order to be in line with all aspects of the market
- Consult with hiring managers to understand business and recruitment needs for drivers
