As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified drivers while building long-term relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit CDL Class A drivers
• Conduct interviews and pre-screening calls
• Coordinate onboarding and hiring documentation
• Build and manage a strong driver pipeline
• Ensure recruitment goals are met

What We're Looking For:

• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Sales, recruiting, or customer service experience preferred but not required. Training provided for motivated candidates without recruiting experience
• Strong desire to succeed and grow professionally
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
