Location: New Belgrade, Serbia (Office-Based)
Working Hours: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Full-Time Position

We are looking for a motivated and communicative Truck Driver Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting and onboarding truck drivers for the U.S. transportation industry.

No previous recruiting experience is required – full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and contact potential truck driver candidates
  • Conduct phone screenings and interviews
  • Present job opportunities to qualified drivers
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment databases
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective drivers

Requirements:

  • Good spoken and written English
  • Ability to work on - site BG or Nis in secound shift 15h-23h
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
