Truck Driver Recruiter

We’re looking for an experienced CDL A driver recruiter (at least 2 years of experience) to join our team and take an active role in growing our driver recruiting operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of verified experience in the US trucking industry
• Proven CDL A recruiting experience
• Excellent English knowledge - written and spoken

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Hiring and finding CDL A drivers
• Doing what’s necessary to make sure the team reaches company targets
• Understanding the full recruiting and hiring cycle (from lead to hire)
• Daily communication with drivers (phone/email)
• Organization of weekly team meetings
• Ongoing implementation with the team to ensure results
