Key Responsibilities

• Source and recruit qualified truck drivers for the US market
• Contact potential candidates via phone, SMS, email, and social media
• Present job opportunities, company benefits, and working conditions to candidates
• Pre-screen candidates and verify basic qualifications and documentation
• Guide candidates through the recruitment and hiring process
• Maintain and update the candidate database
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly recruitment targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is preferred
• Experience recruiting truck drivers for the US market is a strong advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented personality
• Ability to manage multiple candidates and tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of the US trucking industry is a plus
• Willingness to work according to US time zones
