TRUCKING DISPATCH SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Working hours: 3 PM–11 PM, with flexibility (On-site position)

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Trucking Dispatch Sales Representative to join our team.

This is a sales-focused position. Previous experience in trucking, dispatching, or driver recruitment is not required. We are looking for candidates with strong sales skills.

Previous experience in sales, telesales, call centers, customer acquisition, recruiting, trucking is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential owner-operators through phone calls, social media, referrals, and other lead sources.
• Present the company’s dispatch and support services and explain the benefits of working with us.
• Build relationships, handle objections, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain accurate records of leads and sales activities.
• Coordinate with the onboarding and operations teams after an owner-operator joins the company.
