UGC Project Manager

We are seeking a creative and organized UGC Project Manager to join our team and support our US-based partner company. The company specializes in social media management, content production, paid advertising, and conversion-focused web design for direct-to-consumer and lifestyle brands. Having managed more than 1,100 campaigns, it currently serves over 100 active clients across the beauty, wellness, home, fashion, and lifestyle industries.

As a UGC Project Manager, you will own UGC production end to end for a book of client accounts. That includes sourcing the right creators, writing briefs that actually produce usable content, keeping delivery on schedule, and reporting on what performed and why.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of client UGC programs from kickoff through monthly delivery
• Source, vet, negotiate with, and onboard creators
• Write creative briefs tied to each brand’s voice, offer, and performance goals
• Track shipments, deadlines, revisions, and usage rights
• Review incoming content for quality and brand compliance before it goes to the client
• Pull performance data on content in paid and organic, and turn it into a clear monthly report
• Coordinate with paid media, social, and account teams so content matches what’s actually running
• Be the main point of contact for creators and a strong second voice on client calls

Qualifications:

• 2+ years in UGC, influencer, creator, or content production, agency side preferred
• You’ve written briefs that creators could follow without a follow-up call
• Comfortable managing 20+ concurrent creator relationships without dropping details
• Fluent in TikTok and Meta, and you know what makes a hook work
• Can read basic performance metrics and form an opinion from them
• Organized, responsive, and calm when timelines compress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• TikTok Shop or affiliate/creator commerce experience
• Basic editing (CapCut, Premiere) or Figma
• Experience with beauty, skincare, or wellness brands
