UiPath Developer

Job Description 

• In depth development skills in UiPath, the Finance and Global Avnet RPA tool of choice, is essential. 
• The position will focus on Developing and maintaining Automated solutions for the Avnet EMEA Finance department.
• Working as part of a team including SME’s and the IA Manager the developer will assist in test, development, design and debug of financial automation Bot’s. 
• The selected candidate will also be responsible for updating all relevant documentation pertaining to the process development and maintenance.
• Agile development is encouraged to use and add to the existing BOT toolbox that can be accessed for future developments. 
• SAP FI Knowledge would be an advantage but not essential as the financial treatments will be fully defined as part of the process design.
• Currently this function resides with EY as external consultants and the transition of this function from EY to Brezna is foreseen.

Six Month development plan

• Liaison with EY to gain a thorough understanding of the existing Bot portfolio
• Instruction on the governance framework currently used by Finance for all aspects of Bot development and management.
• Working on the following Bot Pipeline
• Development of an attended bot allowing financial transactions to be processed across EMEA company codes.
• Development of an attended bot to create and archive tax documents required for the above transactions. 
• Design of an unattended bot that will collect and process intercompany transactions between EMEA company codes
