About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Update Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. In this role, you will play a crucial part in our logistics operations by monitoring shipments, ensuring smooth communication between all parties, and maintaining accurate transport records. Key Responsibilities

Transport Monitoring: Supervise the transport of goods, drivers, and equipment to ensure smooth operations
Client Updates: Provide timely and accurate updates to clients regarding shipment statuses, current locations, and any potential issues that arise during transit.
Clear Communication: Maintain precise and efficient communication with drivers, internal departments, and relevant third parties.
Documentation: Handle and maintain all necessary documentation required for transport services.
Data & Invoicing: Enter invoices into our data processing system and ensure all records are consistently updated.
Cost Management: Track, claim, and process any additional or unplanned costs incurred during the transport process (accessorial charges).
Customer Support: Respond promptly and professionally to requests from colleagues, partners, and customers.
Process Improvement: Propose and drive initiatives to improve reporting processes and enhance both internal and external communication.
System Maintenance: Participate in and support the coordination of activities related to tracking and maintaining internal system workflows.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in Track & Trace (logistics, freight dispatch, or similar roles).
Location: Must be available to work strictly on-site from our Belgrade office.
Language Skills: Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset. Ability to handle fast-paced situations effectively.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with transport management systems (TMS) or data entry software.
