We are a growing company serving the US trucking market. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Truck Dispatcher to join our team and help keep our drivers moving while building strong relationships with brokers and customers.

• No previous dispatch experience required — training provided
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Ambitious, goal-oriented, and quick to adapt
• Strong in communication and negotiation

• Able to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Comfortable communicating with drivers, brokers, and customers

Key Responsibilities

• Find and book profitable loads for owner-operator trucks
• Negotiate rates and communicate with brokers
• Coordinate pickup and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain strong broker relationships
• Monitor drivers and provide ongoing support
• Handle paperwork, rate confirmations, and dispatch documentation
• Track loads and ensure timely deliveries
• Manage multiple trucks and opportunities simultaneously
