User Acquisition Specialist (iGaming)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly proactive and resourceful User Acquisition Specialist to drive player growth within online casino gambling industry across unconventional, paid, and organic channels. In this role, you will own the full acquisition funnel - from creative media buying and workaround strategies to high-intent SEO and community marketing. If you thrive in high-risk/high-reward verticals, possess a hacker mindset, and know how to navigate restricted advertising environments, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute acquisition strategy (organic + paid)
• Acquisition Sources Management: planning and optimizing campaigns (Google Ads and Meta using cloaking, native/programmatic, specific affiliates, community groups, Organic Social Media and any other Acquisition sources)
• SEO: pre-lander creation and management, technical optimization, on-page, link building, content strategy, rank and competitor tracking
• Track KPIs: CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rate by channel
• Collaborate with the retention/CRM team to align acquisition and retention lifecycle
• Monitor market and competitors
• Budget planning and reporting to senior management

Qualifications & Experience

• iGaming/Gambling Experience: Highly preferred, but not mandatory if you have a strong background in high-risk verticals (Crypto, Forex, Dating, Nutra, or Affiliate Marketing).
• Technical Familiarity: Hands-on experience with cloaking software, anti-detect browsers, tracker setup (Voluum, RedTrack, GTM), and pre-lander builders.
• Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment with changing priorities.
