UX Researcher

Role Summary:

We are looking for a UX Researcher to expand our research capabilities across markets and product areas and reduce dependency on a single research resource. The role will focus on establishing a scalable surveying capability and generating actionable player insights that directly support Product and Design decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of UX research across markets, player segments and product areas.
• Conducting qualitative and quantitative research into player needs, behaviours and motivations.
• Market and competitor research relevant to product decisions.
• Design, execution and analysis of player surveys.
• Establishment and development of scalable survey processes and tooling.
• Execution of interviews, usability testing and concept testing.
• Translation of research findings into product and design recommendations.
• Collaboration with Product Managers and Designers from early discovery stages.
• Validation of new product concepts and features.
• Evaluation of released experiences.
• Development of knowledge around player behavior across markets.
• Collaboration with the existing UX Researcher and Product Analyst.
• Maintenance of research repositories and player insights.

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of experience in UX Research, Product Research or a similar role.
• Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong experience in survey design, execution and analysis.
• Experience with interviews, usability testing and concept testing.
• Experience in international or multi-market research.
• Strong ability to translate research findings into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Gaming or consumer digital product experience is an advantage.
