We're an Amazon in-house agency scaling K-Beauty brands in the US, UK, and EU — and we're now building our AI content engine.

The role

You'll create short-form video at volume using AI, UGC-style clips and AI-influencer content for Instagram and Facebook Reels. Mostly Shorts. You'll take an idea from prompt to finished, captioned, ready-to-post video, and you'll do it fast.

This is half AI generalist, half editor. You need the taste to make content feel human, and the technical instinct to get AI models to do what you want. This is one job position.

What you'll do

• Generate video inside Higgsfield using models like Seedance, Veo, Kling AI, Nano Banana, and ChatGPT
• Write and iterate on prompts to control motion, camera, style, and character/product consistency
• Build and maintain consistent AI influencer personas across many videos
• Produce UGC-style content that feels authentic, not like an ad
• Edit for short-form: 9:16, hooks in the first 2–3 seconds, captions, sound and trending-audio sync, tight pacing for retention
• Ship a high volume of Reels per week and iterate based on what performs

What you should bring

• Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci)
• A real feel for UGC — you understand why unpolished, human content converts
• Fluent English
• Speed and a batch-production mindset
• A portfolio. We care far more about what you've made than about years on a CV.

Nice to have

• Beauty / skincare content experience
• Copywriting, scriptwriting and hook-writing skills

• Net pay:
• $600–$1,200 / month
• $600 — no AI experience yet, basic photography & editing skills
• $1,200 — skilled, with AI prompting experience, editing, and a proven track record
