About the role

We are looking for a hands-on video editor with strong Adobe Premiere Pro skills and an instinct for what makes video content engaging. Your day-to-day work will center on editing, improving, and delivering high-quality videos: building stronger hooks, refining pacing and storytelling, resolving video and audio issues, and preparing polished final exports.

As you develop in the role, you will also gain exposure to video publishing, content packaging, audience insights, and performance optimization. These broader skills provide a natural career path beyond editing, while video craft remains the foundation of the position.

What you will do

• Edit and adapt video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, from footage review through final delivery.
• Strengthen viewer engagement by improving introductions, hooks, pacing, continuity, narrative flow, and overall structure.
• Make purposeful cuts, remove unnecessary sections, and enhance clarity while preserving the creator's voice and intended meaning.
• Work confidently with audio, music, captions, graphics, basic color adjustments, framing, aspect ratios, and platform-ready export settings.
• Identify and correct creative and technical issues, including inconsistent audio, visual distractions, awkward transitions, and weak sequencing.
• Review source material critically and recommend edits that make videos clearer, more compelling, and easier to watch.
• Maintain editing quality and consistency while managing multiple projects and working closely with other editors and the content team.
• Prepare finished videos for MSN publishing and learn the relevant technical and editorial standards.
• Contribute ideas for accurate video titles and compelling thumbnail selections.
• Gradually build an understanding of performance indicators such as views, watch time, and audience retention, and how those insights can inform editing decisions.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years of hands-on video editing experience in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, hooks, continuity, sound, and audience engagement.
• Ability to edit independently, troubleshoot common issues, and deliver technically sound videos on deadline.
• A sharp eye for video quality and the judgment to recognize where a cut, intro, or sequence could be better.
• Familiarity with YouTube and other digital video platforms, formats, and creator-led content.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and collaborative communication.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

Nice to have

Motion graphics, basic color grading, subtitling, social-first editing, content packaging, or familiarity with video analytics. Experience in digital publishing is a plus, not a prerequisite.
