Virtual Games Department Manager

City: Belgrade/Novi Sad

Fixed-Term Contract (covering a maternity leave)

Role Summary:

We are looking for a person to take ownership of the development and success of our Virtual Games segment, combining strategic thinking, data-driven analysis and operational excellence to ensure our game portfolio remains attractive, competitive and aligned with our customers’ needs.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development of the segment, from monitoring performance and market trends, to launching new games, creating promotions and continuously improving the customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the growth strategy for the Virtual Games segment, with a focus on revenue growth, content performance and customer experience.
• Take ownership of the segment by making independent decisions and proactively initiating activities that contribute to its commercial success.
• Monitor game performance and key KPIs, provide regular reporting and recommend concrete actions and improvements.
• Monitor the market, competitors, emerging trends and the evolving Virtual Games offering.
• Manage the Virtual Games portfolio and ensure the strategic positioning of individual games.
• Monitor day-to-day operations and game performance through providers’ back-office systems.
• Plan and coordinate the launch of new Virtual Games, including managing the release calendar and collaborating with regulatory authorities across relevant markets.
• Ensure the quality of the offering and continuously identify opportunities for improvement.
• Create attractive and competitive promotional activities in collaboration with Marketing, CRM and other relevant teams.
• Work closely with Customer Support to resolve customer issues and identify opportunities to improve the overall customer experience.
• Monitor customer behavior and identify unusual patterns, ensuring appropriate escalation and collaboration with relevant teams.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the gaming industry, online gaming, or a related field.
• Ability to turn data and insights into clear conclusions and actionable initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on approach and willingness to get involved in operational details.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
