Warehouse Administrator

About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator(Forklift Certified) to support warehouse administration, inventory accuracy, and daily material handling operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and verify warehouse transactions, including goods receipts, deliveries, returns, and stock transfers in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in cycle counts and annual stocktaking.
• Prepare inventory reports and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Operate a forklift for loading, unloading, transporting, and storing materials.
• Maintain warehouse organization, labeling, and 5S standards while following all safety procedures.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate material tracking and smooth warehouse operations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or higher.
• Valid forklift operator certificate and practical forklift experience.
• Previous experience in warehouse administration, inventory control, or material handling.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel; ERP/SAP experience is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-oriented mindset.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work shifts when required.
• Preferred: Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry.
• Knowledge of Serbian and English
