For six years our trade representation office in Belgrade www.enroll.rs has been developing very well. Since the volume of the work increased significantly we are looking for Warehouse and Desk Support Officer – outdoor advertising materials

The most suitable candidate for the position is a person, highly motivated to work in a dynamic environment, possess administrative qualities and willingness to be committed and dedicated to follow the procedures.

The main professional obligations and responsibilities:

• Invoicing of materials, making sales representative support reports, reports for the Government and Agencies,
• Organization of everyday work in shop and warehouse in Belgrade (receiving of orders, invoicing, issuing of goods, take care of goods in warehouse, office administration-paper works),
• Physical load and unload of goods,
• Taking care of conditions of goods storage and schedule of goods in object,
• Providing information and preparing reports for the management,
• Basic understanding customers needs.

Requirements:

• Higher education – Economy, Law, Traffic, All kind of Technical Sciences, Chemistry
• Ability to work with documents in terms of trade process administration
• English at a good working level
• Very good computer literacy – MS Office, Internet
• Driving license – category B, an active driver
• Initiative, adaptability, executive, team work, loyalty, ready to learn
