Warehouse Clerk

Key responsibilities:

• Document management: arrange all kinds of documents in time every day, and ensure the continuity of documents;
• Logistics cost management: carefully and accurately input the logistics cost every day, timely and accurately check the logistics cost with the logistics carriers every month, and make classification analysis of the logistics cost;
• SAP System data maintenance: keeper's maintenance of all newly added materials and finished products to ensure timely and accurate system data;
• Requisition management: according to the requisition requirements of the department, conduct requisition of daily items and track the delivery status of items
• Account management: check and input monthly inventory data, and spot check daily inventory;
• Assist finance department to inspect warehouse accounts

Qualification:

• High school or above
• At least 1 year related working experience
• Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Proficient in computer and office software, ERP system and operation
• Experience in SAP operation is preferred
• Know logistics and transportation related regulations and warehouse management process.
