About the role

Oximio is a global pharmaceutical logistics company, and we're growing our presence in Serbia. As a Depot Operator, you'll be joining at an exciting time — part of a small, close-knit local team backed by the expertise and standards of an established international operation.

You'll be responsible for the full lifecycle of incoming and outgoing cargo: receiving, checking, storing, dispatching, and returning shipments in line with GDP standards, SOPs, and client instructions. You'll keep our WIMS Priority inventory system up to date, manage documentation with precision, and work alongside a team that genuinely has each other's backs. This is a hands-on role with real accountability and room to grow.

What you'll be doing

• Receive, register, and physically check incoming shipments
• Store materials in the correct temperature-controlled areas
• Prepare and dispatch clinical trial materials for couriers
• Manage returned materials, quarantine storage, and inventory
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in WIMS Priority
• Upload transport temperature logger data
• Prepare and maintain all supporting documentation
• Report any shipment discrepancies to management promptly
• Update WIMS Priority with new project information including product names, clinical site lists, and related documentation
• Prepare, maintain, and save Check-Lists for receipt, shipment, and returns
• Keep project documentation accurate and well-organised
• Control the archival of study documentation
• Check expiry dates of medicinal products and clinical trial materials
• Comply with GDP standards, ISO 9001:2015, and all relevant company SOPs, Work Instructions, and applicable regulations

Skills and experience we're looking for

• Relevant experience in warehousing or logistics
• Intermediate English (spoken and written)
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
• Strong attention to detail and numeracy skills
• Understanding of the pharmaceutical industry (preferred)
• GDP knowledge or experience (preferred)
• Multilingual skills (a bonus)
